Good Morning Checklist: How to have the best day ever…
In order to have the best day possible here’s what I can do:
- I can get up, go to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I may also need to put on some deodorant. I can ask for help if I need it.
- I can put on some underwear, a shirt, a pair of pants and possibly even socks and shoes. I can ask for help if I need it.
- I can eat my breakfast and take my medication and/or vitamins. I can ask for help if I need it.
- I can find my backpack, coat and get ready to go to school. I can ask for help if I need it.
- I can remind myself to do my best each and everyday and to be patient with myself as I continue to work toward achieving a goal that I’ve set for myself. I can ask for help if I need it.
- I can be proud of who I am and focus on all that I can do, rather than focus on what I am not able to do yet. I can ask for help if I need it.
